Plastic pallets are a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to wooden pallets, which are an essential part of the supply chain process used in the storage and transportation of goods.

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) are the two major material groups that go into our plastic pallets. 

The lifespan of a plastic pallet is longer than a wooden pallet alternative as they are less likely to require maintenance, are easier to clean, and are less susceptible to material degradation. Plastic pallets don't splinter and can be used time and time again.

A static load is a weight placed upon a pallet and kept at rest whilst a dynamic load is a loaded pallet that is in motion. This helps to understand what weight a pallet can bear whilst being used for storage in a warehouse and being used in the transportation of goods.

Yes, plastic pallets can be repaired. 

Heat-moulded plastic pallets retain their strength and structure over a 10-year lifespan. Realistically, this means that plastic pallets are usable for upwards of 10 years.

 If you have a standard plastic pallet, you can use a stencil and spray paint to create your design / company branding. 

The fact is, in nearly every case, plastic pallets are more stable, more robust, and less prone to damage than wooden alternatives. Plastic materials are impermeable to water, so pallets made with plastic do not weaken or increase in weight when exposed to liquids. Plastic pallets are also not made up of fibers like wood, so they do not split and crack under pressure along the same fault lines. In the case of the most heavy-duty pallets, metal reinforcements add to the strength of the pallets. 

In other words, no matter the load type in question – static load, maximum dynamic load, or rack loads – there is a plastic pallet type designed to suit your specific needs.  

Stackable pallets have base runners, which means they can be stacked on top of each other. Most are available with an edge lip and this enables the pallets to stack securely when they are empty.

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
