A cereal box is made from cardboard, while the Corrugated, on the other hand, might be made with cardboard materials, but the overall design and structure is much more durable. The biggest difference between cardboard vs corrugated fiberboard is that corrugated is made with three layers.

 We recommend all images have a minimum resolution of 150ppi, but prefer 300ppi for optimal print quality. When an image falls below the 150ppi minimum, it runs the risk of appearing jagged or pixelated when printed.

The industry standard is to use the inside dimensions (ID) of the assembled box. Think of it this way: a corrugation box is usually used to transport a specific product that already has fixed dimensions and weight. Now, you need to order the box based upon having the correct space around that object going inside that box, so it is the inside dimensions that matter most. 

Yes, you could increase the number of boxes after releasing the Purcagse Order. Our Team should be able to communicate the delivery schedule accordingly. It is always advisable to have visibility on requirements at the time of releasing Purchase Order and much before production.

 Yes, it's part of the standard operating procedures ( SOP ) that every customer sees a sample and gives approval before going into Production. Once design is approved and production is made, any changes will be on account of the customer. 

 Unless you specify otherwise, folding cartons are always shipped flat, nearly always in corrugated cases, which we will choose in order to keep the weight of each case manageable. Multiple cases will be stacked on a pallet, then stretch-wrapped to minimize movement during shipment. The cost of transportation will be based on your requirements and will be discussed.

 Yes, we deliver all of our orders in trailers, direct to your location or the location mentioned specifically. Once delivery is booked or dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. 

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
