The height of the PSB is customizable by choosing the right sleeve height. This depends on the type of product storage / the number of inserts kept for storage etc.

A static load is a weight placed upon a pallet and kept at rest whilst a dynamic load is a loaded pallet that is in motion. This helps to understand what weight a pallet can bear whilst being used for storage in a warehouse and being used in the transportation of goods.

In Static load, a PSB can hold up to 1 Ton.  In Dynamic load, up to 750 Kgs. 

In Static load, PSB can be stacked G + 2. In Dynamic load, a PSB can be stacked G + 1. 

You can place separator pads and have trays/inserts, custom designed for your product to fit inside a PSB. This can be designed using a Product designer. In case you need assistance, you can Contact Us. 

Windows are customized for customer requirements. It provides easy access to take and place products from the trays/inserts, inside the PSB. 

Generally, it's 2 Nos on opposite sides for 2-side product maneuvering. Again, its an optional feature and as per the Customer's need only. 

Absolutely. A PSB is a combination of the Pallet, Lid, and Sleeve. In case there is damage over the years, you can replace either of the damaged parts and keep using them. 

When bought in a new condition, a PSB can last for up to 5 years with good maintenance and handling standards. 

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
