Once we engage as your procurement partner, we sign a NDA with our manufacturers. The NDA covers the privacy of the Business Enquiry. Moreover, the Client name is not revealed to the manufacturers, during the process of initial discussions.

Any order placed can be cancelled within 24 hrs of releasing the Purchase Order. As a policy, we wait 24 hrs as a cooling-off period before releasing Purchase orders with the manufacturers.
Primary packaging surrounds the actual product with labeling.
Secondary Packaging is a box or crate into which a number of primary boxes are placed for easy manual movement
Transit Packaging is the solution where a number of boxes are placed on a pallet, wrapped, and strapped for transfer and distribution purposes.

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intmated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
