The most obvious difference between a pallet and a crate is in their appearance. While both are usually made of wood, pallets are flat portable platforms, while crates are essentially boxes. 

Yes, we custom design pallets for a particular product as well as produce 2D drawings of the pallet design.

Yes, all export pallets are Heat treated. The pallets will come with the HT Seal and Certificate. Any specific requirements you have, can be discussed with us. 

Once we have the techno commercials approved, we will send a sample for the customer's sign-off and acceptance. In case any further change is required, we would confirm the same before placing orders and making delivery. 

One pallet does not fit all applications. Before buying pallets, please consider the following: shipping destination, weight of product, life expectancy of pallet, equipment compatibility, and your pallet management needs. You can start by sharing the drawings of the product or if you already know the pallet dimensions, please share accordingly. 

Wood with a moisture content below 20% will not support mold or mildew, decay, or fungal attack.

You can estimate how many cartons will fit on a pallet by dividing the CBM (cubic meters) of the shipment by 1.5. This is a rough estimate that may help you estimate storage charges or give you an idea of how many pallets you will be shipping. However, the actual number of pallets will not be certain until the cartons are palletized.

Yes, on request, we can offer pallets clearly marked as “ USED “.  We recycle standard-size pallets for resale. We also consider wood from broken pallets and use them to build "Re-Engineered" pallets. These can be made in any size that suits the customer and are good for the environment and are often significantly lower in cost.

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
