Yes, it's part of the standard operating procedures ( SOP ) that every customer sees a sample and gives approval before going into Production. Once the design is approved and production is made, any changes will be on account of the customer.
Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
