Yes, both Foldable and Rigid crates can have inserts manufactured to position your products. Rigid crates can also have infused crates, while Foldable crates can have removable inserts.

The initial cost of a plastic crate is higher than the traditional wooden crate. Over some time, plastic crates become far more cost-effective. The cost per usage time of a plastic crate is significantly lower. The life span of a plastic crate is much longer ( up to 10 to 15 times more) and therefore the per usage time cost is much lower than the wooden crate.

• Wood is affected by bacteria, fungus, or insect contamination whereas plastic is not.
• Plastic crates are molded with strong material – no weak spots in the craftsmanship.
• Freezing temperatures do not influence Plastic crates where wood becomes brittle and collapses or breaks easily.
• When stored outside in the sun, rain and frost wood crate rot in a short time.

Every product before dispatch, goes through a QC checklist. However, in case there is any damage in transit or the delivered products do not match the specifications, the Goods Received Note must be clearly marked and intimated in writing to Order ReOrder, within 24 hrs of acceptance. In such case, Order ReOrder will do the needful to Return & Replace the damaged products.
